It couldn’t have been a worse start for Owen Coyle against Norwich City could it?? Not only beaten but Rovers were battered by Norwich at Ewood Park on his competitive bow a manager!!
Rovers recovered well to beat Mansfield Town in the EFL Cup on Tuesday night. The goalscoring form of Anthony Stokes a really bonus from the first week we’ll look to end on a positive against Wigan, which doesn’t mean too much travelling for those involved.
Coyle will be looking for his first points as Rovers manager, doing this with a win against the Latics would be welcomed.
Will we achieve this??
