Nunes leaves Rovers

Blimey it’s all going on this morning – Rovers winger Fabio Nunes has left the club, signing permanently for Serie B side Latina Calcio on a free transfer.

Nunes, who is the owner of a quick pair of a feet but a Carlos Villanueva-esque physique, received limited opportunities at Ewood Park, but will forever be known as part of the band of 6 Portuguese players that infiltrated Rovers during Shebby Singh’s great spending spree of 2012.
