Blackburn are facing late checks on both Bradley Orr and Martin Olsson after both came out of the Liverpool game with slight worries.

Orr has an achilles problem and Olsson has hurt his groin which does not rule either out entirely but it is something that will have to be assessed closer to the action tomorrow afternoon.

Rovers do however have Anthony Modeste back (I can hear the screams of approval from here) after he got his three match ban reduced to just one game, which he served against Liverpool, so he should be on the bench.

Speaking at one of his always interesting Friday morning press conferences, Steve Kean said – ‘We’ve a few slight doubts but we are hopeful that Bradley Orr will shake off a tight achilles and Martin Olsson has a bit of a tight groin, but apart from that we are all fit and well.

‘We need everybody to be fit and I think it showed against Liverpool the other evening when we brought on Jason Lowe and Ruben Rochina that everybody is required to be fit and well and it is good that most people are available.’
