Derby Put Back 24 Hours

The Blackburn Rovers Championship fixture with Derby County has been put back 24 hours.

Due to Derby playing a derby with Nottingham Forest on the Sunday ahead of this game (so it can be shown Live on Sky Sports) it’s been agreed to put the Rams visit to Ewood Park back 24 hours to Wednesday 16th of September.

Maybe we should have kept the fixture on the Tuesday as it would’ve given Derby less time to recover after a derby fixture, however, it wouldn’t really have made much difference what it does though is slightly mess up the midweek schedules for some I’d suspect!!

The game will still kick off at 7:45pm.
