FA Cup Third Round: Rovers Get Charlton

Blackburn Rovers aim to start what we’ll hope can be a successful FA Cup run with a match against Charlton Athletic in the Third Round.

This Third Round meeting with our Championship rivals Charlton will take place at The Valley on the first weekend of January 2015, and I know that I don’t want our FA Cup run to begin and end in the first weekend of the New Year and I’d doubt too many of my fellow VBers out there will be wanting this either!!

I’d have preferred this at Ewood Park, however, it could’ve been a lot worse couldn’t it?? It could’ve been a lot better as well though.
