I recently has a chat with Stuart from Vital Middlesboro, this chat turned into an interview, the interview has now been posted for your enjoyment, see how nice I am to you people…

Recently I have been speaking to Stuart (Up The Boro) at Vital Boro about his thoughts for this weekends game at Ewood – good interview this, honest guy, take a gander.

How do you feel Boro are shaping up this season? Well, after a good start to the season, we are a bit short of where I would like to see the team in the league. I would be happy if we had 15 points rather than 9.

What happened against Chelsea on Saturday? Nothing happened for us against Chelsea. Our players didn’t turn up. We played that badly that Chelsea didn’t even get out of 1st gear.

Is there anyone from Boro that Rovers should be particularly worried about? After the Chelsea game Rovers should be worried about absolutely nothing. But in all fairness I think Southgate will make changes because he has players back from injury and suspensions. Tuncay will be back we hope. He is a workhorse but with the added bit of quality to create something out of nothing. You guys will have to keep a close eye on him.

What are your first impressions of Rovers boss Paul Ince? I thought the step-up from League 2 to Premiership would have been to big for him, but he has done a decnet job for you guys so far. I heard some moans from your fans at the beginning of the season and some of the players seemed to question his managerial ways, but that has died down now after you got some points on the board.

Where do you expect you will finish this season? I think we will finish mid table this season. We are still building as a team and need to add a few more players before we talk about Europe again.

Anyone from the Blackburn dressing room that has caught your eye? Santa Cruz because of his goal tally for you guys. He was the best buy of the season last year and has continued his goal scoring into this season. Top player.

Can I get a prediction from you? I’ll go for a 1-1 draw. We’re not the best away from home, but we got our first points away at Wigan and I think we can score a goal if Tuncay is back. As for the defence, Pogatetz will be back for us so we will be boosted in that area. You will score though so I’ll say a draw.
