Development forward Dean Rittenberg will spent the next month away from Blackburn Rovers after the Blackburn youngster joined Chorley on short term loan deal.

The nineteen year old is a regular in the Rovers Under-21 side (having come through the Academy at the club) but for the England Youth International to get a chance of first team football is a good thing and should do Rittenberg the power of good, at least that’ll be the expectancy!!

Whilst at Chorley he’ll of course link up with former Rovers striker Matt Jansen who is the Manager of the Non League club, with him staying with the Vanarama National League North side until the 5th of December.

Meanwhile another Rovers youngster benefiting from a loan is Lewis Hardcastle.

He was in fine form for Salford City on Friday evening when he played a part in the FA Cup First Round upset the (Manchester United) class of ’92 owned club secured over Notts County with him certainly benefiting from this loan and the added exposure that FA Cup tie brought him.
