This morning brings more upcoming January transfer window news in the form of potential exits.

Rovers have a decent budget of £10 million to spend to bring in new players but there are squad players identified that Steve Kean and the club would consider moving on if it was deemed for the greater good.

Extra cash could be generated through sales and extra wage structure space could be used if the likes of Vince Grella, Keith Andrews and Michel Salgado leave Ewood Park.

Those are the players that have been named in the Daily Mirror as the ones rovers would consider parting with it helped build a better team.

Worryingly though out of those players Keith Andrews is the only one who would garner any sort of transfer fee with the only real benefit to releasing the other two being the lower tension on the wage bill.

It would also be nice to be rid of Vince Grella’s hospital bills.
