The Blackburn fixtures for the 2017-18 League One season were recently announced with a couple of changes now being made.

We’ll of course see a number of further Rovers changes after these ones I’m sure.

The Ewood Park game against Wigan, scheduled for Saturday 3rd March 2018, has been put back 24 hours on Police advice.

Set to kick-off at 3pm this League One meeting has seen it delayed a day until Sunday 4th March due to Blackburn’s rivals Burnley being at home on the Saturday against Everton. However, should that Premier League clash at Turf Moor be changed to the Sunday also for TV purposes Rovers will host Wigan on the original date, Saturday 3rd March, after all.

All will be clear soon enough.

Blackburn’s hosting of Bradford is straightforward though, Rovers will welcome the Bantams to Ewood on Good Friday, 30th March 2018, bringing the meeting forward 24 hours from the original date of Saturday 31st March.

The kick off for both games will remain at 3pm regardless.
