Rovers In Need Of A Right-Back

The latest Vital Blackburn poll was asking for views on the area of defence (it’s commonly agreed defence needed strengthening) most in need of attendance before the transfer window closes at the end of August.

Voting has ended with the results in.

I’ve been vocal that I felt we were light in central defence and could do with another commanding presence added, however, upon reflection I think that perhaps I’ve been a little hasty??

Central defence is still somewhere I think we could do with another body but we do have some good first-choice options and have others that can easily fill in should we need them to in central defence whereas we’re light fully recognised right-backs really aren’t we??

Once again we’ve got options to fill in but perhaps a specialist right-back arrival wouldn’t be a bad thing so even though I voted for a central defender I now feel that perhaps the right-back winning area is correct all things considered.
